Learn to Crochet Day Workshop with Tracey from Granny Cool Crochet

This is a workshop for complete beginners. No previous experience is necessary and everything you need will be provided.

Your tutor will be Tracey Todhunter, a crochet designer and teacher with over 20 years’ experience.  Tracey is a regular designer for Inside Crochet magazine, has written several craft books and her relaxed, informal teaching style makes her a popular tutor, so early booking is advised.

By the end of the workshop, you will have learnt:

Basic crochet stitches, particularly how to increase and decrease your stitches, crochet terminology and abbreviations & how to follow simple patterns. 

From all of this, you will crochet your own heart and floral motifs, which can then be turned into many items like brooches, jewellery, bunting and keyrings.

• Workshop studio environment at Midland Barn, Renwick, CA10 1JL.

• Lunch, Tea, coffee and refreshments throughout.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

On request we can offer a spilt payment method to secure your place on a course. This would entail a 50% deposit on booking and the outstanding 50% due one month before arrival. Please email us direct to enquire about this option at: workshops@lakesandfells.co.uk

If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days before arrival than no charge is made and a full refund entitled.

If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.

If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
