Four week (4, 8 or 12 sessions) evening course 

'Bring your Own' reupholstery project with Liam 

Depending on your project this course is suitable for all levels but especially those who have had a little experience before in the upholstery world and are looking to take their skills to the next level.

Our sessions will take place on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, 5pm-8:30pm (dates below). Over the 4 week duration you will have the following course length options to complete your upholstery project:

1 session a week (14 hours total workshop time) (any one of Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday)

2 sessions a week (28 hours total workshop time) (any two of Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday)

3 sessions a week (42 hours total workshop time) (all three days)

With a max of 5 people on a workshop, engross yourself in a fun, relaxed and informative environment to produce a lovely piece of furniture to take home and show off to your friends and family!

Course dates and setup:

• Monday: 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd March 2027
• Tuesday: 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd March 2027
• Wednesday: 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th March 2027
• Evening course: 5pm - 8:30pm. Please arrive promptly to maximise your workshop time.
• Free and easily assessible car parking at venue.

What's provided:

• Workshop studio environment at The Hut, Brampton Community Centre, CA8 1BX.
• Tea, coffee and refreshments throughout.
• All general upholstery materials (foam, dacron, webbing, staples, etc). Any larger or specialist pieces that are required will be discussed at start of project.
• All upholstery tools are provided, but you can bring your own if preferred.
• *Unfortunately as the workshop is a shared space you will not be able to store your furniture piece at the studio outside of the Monday - Wednesday period we are in the studio. E,g, if you are on a 2 day course on Monday and Wednesday you are able to keep in there between sessions but need to take it back at the end of your last course of the week*.

What you will need to bring with you

• Your item of furniture and the Fabric of your choice.  
• Where Upholstery trim/studs are required we ask that you buy and bring this yourself so that you can coordinate this with your fabrics.
• We do offer a whole range of fabrics ourselves so if you are struggling to find any yourself please do give us a shout.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

We always strive to put on every workshop however due to running costs we do have a course minimum of 3 people. In the event of having less than 3, we can offer to transfer you onto another course of your convenience or receive a full refund. 

If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before the date of first workshop in this series, then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

Refunds for cancellations over 30 days are subject to the small admin charge we incurred when taking initial payment.
